raavoo was born from a pain common to almost everyone at work: although working with smart and caring colleagues, we've noticed over and over again that too often concrete feedback on specific tasks came short. Smart people, the most precious resource in modern organizations in today's complex work environments, are all too often disengaged, lose motivation, are unhappy and are thus more likely to move elsewhere.

Human Resources departments struggle as well maintaining employee productivity and retaining top talent - despite employee of the month badges, monetary reward systems, yearly performance reviews and career management. We believe that it's necessary to introduce a new way of recognizing the great achievements of employees, colleagues and teams in today's workplace... we believe that it’s time to say Braavoo!
